If something is wrong, you have 14 days to send your items back to us for a free full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We ask that the items be in unused condition, unaltered and returned with their labels and packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

It is necessary to attach the relative order number which is the subject of the request, please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer, without first having received indications and relative approval from our team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund you as soon as possible, usually 2-3 business days after receiving the package. The refund will be made in the same way you paid us.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We guarantee free shipping for product returns. Attention: The shipping costs for the return will be at our expense only if you accept the methods provided for by our policy and by our courier. Your return is insured in case of theft or loss during transport.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if you decide to use a courier other than ours. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you can vary.
